The drill simulated that due to the continuous heavy rainfall, the lime kiln village committee had a sharp rise in the river, and after monitoring, there was a danger of debris flow, which has threatened the life and property safety of the people in Hongshigou. And as the water level of the Caozhuang River continues to rise, a member of the public accidentally fell into the water in the Beisunwan River section and needed emergency rescue. After learning of the danger, the township flood control and rescue and geological disaster prevention headquarters responded immediately, and the emergency rescue team quickly assembled troops to rush to the scene in two ways and put into the rescue. The flood control emergency rescue assault team that went to Hongshigou of the Lime Kiln Village Committee rushed to the scene in the shortest possible time, and quickly did a good job in monitoring and early warning, emergency rescue and disaster relief, mass transfer, medical aid, resettlement and assistance, and other work. Comprehensively drill all aspects of flood control work, such as decision-making, scheduling, rescue, rescue, and personnel transfer.
After the rescuers arrived at the scene, according to the situation of the drowning, they immediately threw a lifebuoy at the person who fell into the water and rescued him ashore by kayak, and then properly resettled the person. Through the emergency implementation of a series of disposal measures such as plugging pipe surges, dam patrols, risk removal and reinforcement, transferring people and dealing with the aftermath, the rescue team members made the entire exercise process interlocking and all parties linked in an orderly manner.
