On June 28, the 2024 Energy Logistics Smart Transportation Capacity Ecological Construction Seminar was held at the Ordos International Convention and Exhibition Center.
With the theme of "Promoting Industrial Upgrading, Helping Energy Logistics Improve Quality, Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency", the seminar aims to bring together industry elites to discuss new ideas and new models for the ecological construction of energy logistics and smart transportation capacity, and jointly promote the application and development of smart transportation capacity in the field of energy logistics.
At the seminar, the relevant person in charge of Inner Mongolia Tianyao Energy Co., Ltd. gave a keynote speech entitled "Focusing on New Energy Smart Logistics and Multimodal Transport, Promoting the Quality, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Increase of Transportation Logistics with New Quality Productivity".
The reporter learned that Kangbashi District actively responds to the goals of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of energy logistics, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and is committed to promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy logistics industry. At present, the autonomous driving and intelligent construction project in Kangbashi District has been included in the second batch of intelligent transportation pilot application pilot projects of the Ministry of Transport, and the autonomous driving short- and medium-distance coal transportation lines and urban travel services have been selected as the only application pilot projects in Inner Mongolia.
In order to thoroughly implement the overall goal of "double carbon" and relying on the location advantages of Ordos Energy and Kangbashi, Inner Mongolia Tianyao Energy has formulated the development plan of new energy logistics industry cluster and the "1235" development strategy. That is, the development model of "new energy + digital dry port + smart logistics + scattered reform and centralization". At the same time, it has built a new energy smart dry port construction system, a new energy heavy truck and other vehicles promotion and application system, a new energy energy supplement system such as battery charging, hydrogen refueling, and gas refueling, a new energy logistics industry digital service system, and a new energy industry financial service system.
At present, Kangbashi District has achieved remarkable results in helping to improve the quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency of energy logistics.
In terms of the construction of the new energy inland port system, the construction of Dianshigou charging and swapping station can meet the demand of about 200 vehicles for battery swapping in a single day, and the annual power exchange capacity can reach 20 million kilowatt hours. At present, the project is operating at full capacity. Implement the new energy smart dry port project to provide an efficient, green and safe logistics system for heating and coal in Kangbashi District. The project is expected to be put into operation in September this year, and the consumption of photovoltaic power will begin in October. Implement the highway transportation photovoltaic demonstration project, with an installed capacity of 12MW, and the electricity will be consumed by the Kangbashi Smart Dry Port after grid connection. Implement the new energy logistics project in the Etuoke Economic Development Zone, build 10 charging and swapping stations, and put into use 1,000 energy heavy trucks in the New Year. Up to now, 7 charging and swapping stations have been built, and 50 new energy heavy trucks have been put into use.
In terms of the construction of the promotion and application system of new energy heavy trucks and other vehicles, it has reached in-depth cooperative relations with China Ordnance Beiben Heavy Truck, SAIC Hongyan, Shaanxi Automobile and other enterprises, and currently has 460 new energy heavy trucks in use. In addition, it has in-depth cooperation with trailer manufacturers such as Tianjin Tuqiang and Mengkai, and cooperates with the coal-related league cities around Ordos to promote the construction and development of trailers of different specifications.
In terms of the construction of digital service system, Tianyao has developed and invested in the digital and intelligent ecological chain management platform to realize the refinement of all aspects of logistics and production safety management. Jointly developed and put into use the "digital-led, green intensive" multimodal transport "one single system" pilot project platform with Guoneng Xinshuo Logistics Co., Ltd. Develop and put into use the "Chengtu Express" network freight platform. The three platforms are expected to achieve interconnection, information sharing and mutual benefit by the end of this year.
In addition, Kangbashi has also created a multimodal transport "one single system" model, realizing the new dimension of "multimodal transport" transportation area developed by the inland port and shipping channel of the National Energy Group, a new breakthrough in reducing costs and increasing efficiency of "multimodal transport" empowered by new energy highway logistics, and the new model of "multimodal transport" non-coal logistics expanded by "regional circulation" in Ordos-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong.
