It is understood that Yan's hometown planting Chinese herbal medicine base, with a total investment of 30 million yuan, will be implemented in three years, will plant more than 5,000 acres of Chinese medicinal materials such as honeysuckle, Zhimu, and banlan root. The base adopts the management form of "ten bases and ten farmers of the company" to create an industrial chain pattern integrating planting, processing, sales, landscaping services, tourism and tourism, and promote the high-quality development of the Chinese herbal medicine planting industry.
At the same time, it also provides a large number of work opportunities for nearby villagers. It is understood that planting Chinese medicinal materials under the forest can drive 1-2 people to work per mu, and the per capita income can reach about 5,000 to 10,000 yuan. The planting cycle of Zhimu is 3 years, that is, it can be harvested once every 3 years, the net profit per mu is more than 10,000 yuan, the annual output value of Banlan root is about 5,000 yuan per mu, the annual output value of honeysuckle is 3,000-4,000 yuan per mu at the beginning, and the harvest period can reach about 6,000-7,000 yuan.
Rural revitalization, industry first. Yan's hometown conscientiously practices the concept of green development, based on the advantages of excellent ecology and forest resources, develops the planting of Chinese medicinal materials under the forest according to local conditions, and actively explores new ways of the understory economy around the development goal of "increasing farmers' income and increasing the efficiency of forest land", adjusts the industrial structure, and forms a three-dimensional planting model of "forest + Chinese medicinal materials", expands and strengthens the characteristic Chinese herbal medicine industry such as honeysuckle, banlangen, and zhimu, and makes every effort to build an "economic forest" in the Chinese herbal medicine industry, so that "Qingshan" becomes a "golden mountain".
