Introduction to the national student loan policy for students
Loan Eligibility Procedures
(1) Download and install the "Min Zhengtong" APP
(1) Use the student's personal information for real-name authentication →in "Min Zhengtong", (2) search for "Fujian Scholarship" on the homepage→ (3) Confirm the authorization after entering the "Fujian Scholarship" module→ (4) Enter the "Student's Source Credit Student Loan Eligibility" module→ (5) Fill in and submit the application.
(2) Fill in the student's family information
For the "Determination of Eligibility for Student Credit Student Loans", please carefully and meticulously fill in your family and personal information step by step according to the system.
Situation 1: Students who have been identified as having financial difficulties or high school vocational students who have enjoyed national grants (including those who are eligible for national grants and those who can apply for loans) can directly choose the bank to submit after confirming their student status.
Situation 2: High school vocational students and social candidates who have not been identified as students with financial difficulties from families can enter the "Supplementary Recording Channel", fill in the quantitative evaluation indicators, select the handling bank and submit, and the system will automatically determine whether the student meets the application qualifications.
(3) Select the handling bank and submit. (Pending review by the Education Bureau)
(4) Check whether the submission is successful.
Log in to the "Min Zhengtong" APP again→ search for "Fujian Scholarship" on the homepage→ click "My", --- "Review Progress" --- "Qualification of Student Credit Student Loan" to check whether it has been approved.
Banks to choose from (students who have passed the qualification can scan the QR code to apply)
1. Fujian Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives
Through the "WeChat official account of Fujian Rural Commercial Bank", "official website of Fujian Rural Credit Scholarship", and "Fujian Zhengtong APP", take a photo and upload your ID card, tuition certificate, admission notice and university confirmation letter (provided after registration), and sign an electronic contract for student loans. The whole process is handled online, and the materials are directly uploaded to the system.

2. Postal Savings Bank of China
By following the WeChat official account of "Fujian Hua'an Scholarship" or the "Hua'an Scholarship WeChat Mini Program", take a photo and upload the admission notice and university receipt (provided after registration), and sign the electronic contract for student loans online. The whole process is handled online, and the materials are directly uploaded to the system.

3. China Development Bank
Students and co-borrowers need to bring their ID cards (original), household registration book (original), and admission notice (original), accompanied by co-borrowers, to the county (district) education bureau (funding center) to go through the procedures for signing the loan electronic contract. It must be handled at the Education Bureau and the contract must be signed on the spot.
