Abstinence at the age of 30, is this the case for everyone?

Growing up, there are always people who keep telling you "it's time to do these things", but few people say "why do these things".

This is the paradox of growth: only after experiencing it firsthand can you understand the meaning of things.

Meaning, of course, is important, and it tells us where to go. But you don't have to be kidnapped by a sense of purpose and rush to find the meaning of everything. It's like climbing a mountain, you can take a few steps to see the top of the mountain, and people are tired.

Climb up slowly, stopping occasionally to take in the scenery around you, and when you look up again, you will find that the top of the mountain is not far away.
