The "arrival" of the children of the decentralized households "walked the street" is recorded

One afternoon in the autumn of 1994, I was reading the newspaper in the newspaper reading column outside the gate of the old Xinhua Daily on Zhongshan South Road, and there was a long row of newspaper columns on the north side of the gate, and every morning I promptly changed the pages of the Xinhua Daily, Yangtze Evening News, Sub-Service Herald, Fortune Daily, Xinhua Youth Daily, and other newspapers. Just as I was reading the newspaper, the sidewalk suddenly became crowded and pushed me "my nose against the wall". I turned around to find a crowd of people huddled and noisy, and stopped. It turned out that there were many people standing at the gate of Xinhua Daily, and plainclothes staff blocked the crowd from going south to "walk the street" and walked towards the center of Xinjiekou. Soon, the "street walking" crowd discovered that there was a pedestrian overpass from west to east, so many people crowded onto the overpass. I leaned my back against the wall and took a closer look, and found that there were men, women, and children, and I saw that most of them were middle-aged, and some of them had teenage children. After I inquired, I learned that they were all decentralized households from Nanjing to northern Jiangsu from 1969 to 1970, and the parties were mainly middle-aged people who had just passed 40 years old. In 1976, he (she) "arrived" as a child of a family in the county town and market town of northern Jiangsu, and he or she had married and had children there. The 60 and 70-year-olds in the "street walk" team are their elderly parents who accompany them. The members of the "walking the street" team mainly came to Huaiyin, Guanyun, Guannan, Shuyang and other places, and came to the Drum Tower in the afternoon of the same day. As people walk together, passers-by are curious, as long as someone asks about the situation, they call themselves the decentralization of northern Jiangsu, and they have not returned to the city so far, which is the legacy of the decentralization household. The purpose of their visit to Nanjing was to gain the sympathy of the Nanjing people and to hope that they would eventually be able to move back to Nanjing. After the decentralization, the "walking street" team had a smooth journey, and he didn't expect to encounter obstacles here. I visually measured the number of people and estimated that there were about seven or eight hundred people "walking the streets". As a member of the children of a decentralized household, I know very well the situation of his or her group of people who were sent to work in northern Jiangsu in 1976 as a "parent job". So at that time, I had become an amateur correspondent who loved to grasp social news, and I undoubtedly wanted to grasp this news in time and do follow-up interviews. "Walking the street" The children of the decentralized households are scattered in the counties of northern Jiangsu, and it is not easy to gather them, and they are also from "all over the world", so how can they operate the organization successfully? When I had this question, and then I interviewed the delegated household very vigilantly: You and the "plainclothes" in front of me are all the way, right? At this time, there are many traffic police, who will only form people to pass by the pedestrian bridge and will guide them to disperse. About half an hour later, the "street walking" people gradually dispersed. In January 1980, I returned to Nanjing from the decentralization of northern Jiangsu, and went to work in the 734 factory outside the central gate, and in the 80s and 90s of the last century, I was successively employed as a correspondent, special reporter, and amateur editor by Xinhua Daily, Nanjing Daily, Jiangsu Workers' Daily, Yangtze Evening News, Service Herald, Jinling Evening News, etc., and used my spare time to write for newspapers and periodicals for many years. In fact, the problem of decentralization was solved as early as the spring of 1979. At the end of 1976, in accordance with the policy at that time, the children of these decentralized households were arranged to work in the local area, and they had become urban households and received fixed salaries. If you want to return to the city, according to the policy at that time, you have to take care of the husband and wife who live separately, or the children of non-residents who are not married, go back to their parents to take care of their parents. So I went back to the Xinhua Daily compound and reported the situation to the social life department of the Yangtze Evening News, and the editor felt that this was a piece of social news, so I wrote this news report on the spot. However, the above was not passed......
