The Huanghuaji embankment on the Wuchang River Beach has been closed for management, and the Huanghuaji Pavilion has almost been submerged, and flood control personnel are on duty 24 hours a day.

Recently, many places in Hubei have encountered heavy rainfall. In view of the current flood control situation in Hubei Province, according to the relevant provisions of the "Hubei Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan", the Provincial Prevention Office decided to upgrade the Hubei Provincial Flood Control Level 4 emergency response to Level 3 at 16 o'clock on June 28.
