The act violated the provisions of Article 14 of the Administrative Measures for the Real-name Receipt and Sending of Mail Express, and the Municipal Postal Administration ordered the company to make corrections immediately and imposed a fine of 30,000 yuan, and imposed a fine of 10,000 yuan on one relevant responsible person in accordance with the provisions of Item 5 of Article 19 of the Administrative Measures for the Real-name Receipt and Sending of Mail Express.
