Material:
Toast 8 slices
2 eggs
30 shrimps
1 tbsp white powder
1 tbsp white pepper
1/4 tbsp salt
Method:
1. Egg whites and yolks are separated, and the egg yolks are beaten evenly for later use. Pat the shrimp with the back of a knife, or chop the shrimp directly into a puree, then add two egg whites, white powder, pepper, salt to taste and stir well, let stand for 15 minutes to taste.
2. Cut the edge of the toast and cut it into 4 equal squares.
3. Smear the surface of the small toast cube with egg yolk liquid, then spread the shrimp puree, and then cover another small piece of toast that has been coated with egg mixture. Set the temperature of the air fryer to 180 degrees, fry on both sides for 8 minutes (the time can be adjusted according to the heat of each house), and fry until golden brown.
