The blood purification room is located on the second floor of the hospital inpatient building, with a construction area of 534.8 square meters. The department is equipped with dialysis treatment room, water treatment room, waiting area, reception area and office area, with reasonable functional layout, and is equipped with 1 hemodialysis filtration machine, 6 hemodialysis machines, as well as advanced two-stage reverse osmosis water treatment system and hemodialysis quality information system, which closely monitors the dialysis process and effectively improves the quality of hemodialysis.
At present, there are 7 staff members, including 2 attending physicians and 2 nurses in charge, who can carry out hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, simple ultrafiltration, high-throughput hemodialysis, heparin-free dialysis and other technologies. At the same time, by employing experts from the Blood Purification Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and the Blood Purification Room of Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital for regular guidance, it provides a solid guarantee for long-term smooth hemodialysis for patients with end-stage renal failure.
