Sweet and sour pork ribs

🥦Materials.
3 pork ribs
10 plums
3 slices of ginger
Tangerine peel to taste
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
1 scoop of dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce 2 scoops
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
1 small handful of rock candy (about 50g)
1/2 tbsp salt
1~2 tablespoons of honey
🍳 Method.
1. Soak the plum in water. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, boil for 2 or 3 minutes, boil the blood foam, remove and wash and drain.
2. Put oil in the pan, add rock sugar after the oil is hot, stir-fry slowly, stir-fry until amber (stir-fry until the process state is as shown in the picture), pour in the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly to color.
3. Add ginger slices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, stir-fry evenly, and pour in the plum (the water for the plum is also poured in).
4. Add water to cover the pork ribs and add tangerine peel.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot, turn to medium-low heat, and simmer for 40 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and reduce the juice over high heat (depending on how much soup is left in the pot).
6. Add honey and stir-fry evenly, sweet and sour pork ribs are ready~
