Up to now, the area of drought is 427,900 square kilometers, accounting for 43.0% of the total area of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry in the whole region, and severe drought is the main occurrence. The moderate drought is mainly distributed in the northwest of Hulunbuir City, the southeast of Chifeng City, the northwest of Xilin Gol League, the northeast of Ulanqab City, the east of Baotou City, the northwest of Hohhot City, most of Bayannur City, the southwest of Ordos City and most of Alxa League.
Yesterday, there was unevenly distributed rainfall weather in the whole region, which has a significant alleviating effect on drought and high temperature weather, monitoring shows that from 07:00 on the 30th to 07:00 on the 1st, a total of 901 stations in the region experienced precipitation, ranging from 0.1 to 79.2 mm. Precipitation mainly occurred in Chifeng City, Tongliao City, and Xilin Gol League, among which 9 stations experienced heavy rainfall.
