Su Kailong actively responded to the call for the return of jade merchants and used the abandoned farm in his hometown to transform it into an electronic accessories production base.
"Don't look at the spaciousness and brightness of this place now, it was an abandoned farm a year ago. After the transformation, it has become our base for the production of Bluetooth headsets and audio. Su Kailong said with a smile, although the conditions here are simple, the product quality is not reduced, the output is not low, and the annual output value is nearly 10 million yuan. At present, the base has absorbed 150 villagers from surrounding towns and villages for employment.
In September last year, Su Kailong responded to the call for the return of jade businessmen and transferred his projects in Shenzhen back to his hometown Wendi Town, Bobai County, including a Bluetooth headset, audio production line and a projector production line, with an estimated annual output value of more than 30 million yuan. At present, the Bluetooth headset production line has been put into production, and the projector production line has also entered the stage of plant decoration and equipment purchase.
In fact, this is not the first time that Su Kailong has moved a project from other places back to his hometown, before that, he has successfully transferred a project to produce remote controls back to his hometown Wendi Zhongsu Village.
Before 2019, under the shade of trees and in the yard of Zhongsu Village, villagers could always be seen gathering in groups to play cards. "It's not a healthy atmosphere, and it has the potential to have a bad impact on the children in the village." Su Kailong, who sees everything in his eyes, hopes to change the "bad habits" in the village.
After careful consideration, Su Kailong wanted to move back to his hometown and recruit villagers to work in the factory. So, he moved one of the projects back to Zhongsu Village, and after the project was implemented, it became a well-known local employment and poverty alleviation workshop, absorbing 80 villagers for employment.
"Of course, I'm also selfish." Su Kailong considered that his children were growing up slowly, and the long-term separation between the two places was not conducive to the growth of the children, so it was natural for him to go home and develop.
In recent years, the ecological environment and investment environment of his hometown have changed greatly, and many friends around him have also returned to their hometowns to start businesses and find jobs. "Over the years, when I returned to my hometown to start a business, the town has given great help, especially in finding sites and factories, and it has been a matchmaking to solve problems." Su Kailong said that the town actively revitalized inefficient land and idle factories to promote the "use" and "live" of idle assets, and its two production bases were built using waste breeding sites, which greatly reduced capital investment and reduced the pressure on enterprises.
As his project in Shenzhen slowly moved back to his hometown, the focus of Su Kailong's work and life also returned to Wendi Town. Now, seeing several projects develop towards the expected goals, and his family is even more harmonious and happy, which makes him quite gratifying, and he feels that returning to his hometown to start a business is the most correct choice.
