On June 29, Zhou Ji, Secretary of the Qin'an County Party Committee, Wang Longqiang, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate, Ma Shunxiang, Director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and Yang Xichun, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference, led the leaders of the county's four major organizations, heads of relevant departments, and secretaries of the party committees of each town to observe the county's rural construction work in 2024. Zhou Ji emphasized that all towns should transform the results of learning and observation into a strong work force, adhere to planning and guidance, adapt measures to local conditions, highlight characteristics, pay attention to ecological protection and cultural inheritance, solidly promote the construction of harmonious villages, improve the happiness and sense of gain of villagers, and draw a new picture of rural revitalization.
The observation group successively came to Jiangbao Village, Xichuan Town, Luoquan Village, Guojia Town, Jiaowan Village, Weidian Town, Dadizhiwan Pastoral Complex, Wuying Town, Shewang Village, Zhongshan Town, Renwu Village, Liuping Town, Mahe Village, Wangyin Town, and Gaoping Village, Xingguo Town, to observe the work of village planning, infrastructure construction, human settlements improvement, social governance, cultural and tourism integration, and industrial development.
Everywhere they went, the members of the observation group listened carefully to the relevant reports, inspected the construction results on the spot, and learned in detail about the experience, practices and existing problems in the construction of Hemei Village. Walking in each village, you can see the "painting" and the "scenery", the neat roads, the scattered houses, and the tree-lined courtyards are a fresh and pleasant natural scenery. Everyone listened all the way, watched all the way, discussed all the way, thought all the way, learned in observation, found gaps in comparison, inspired ideas in exchanges, further broadened the work ideas, and clarified the direction of struggle.
Zhou Ji pointed out that the towns have made great efforts and many ways to promote the construction of Hemei villages, and the work has achieved remarkable results, but there are still problems such as insufficient attention, unbalanced progress of work, and unprominent characteristic highlights.
Zhou Ji stressed that the construction of rural areas in Hemei is a livelihood project related to the vital interests of the masses, and an important measure to improve the living environment and accelerate rural development.
