The Tianshan Road Street Community Rescue Consultant Service Station - Xiaoqiang Studio is located in the Tianshan Road Street Community Affairs Reception Service Center, which is a public service space with a small area. In order to allow the needy people to enjoy diversified, convenient and comprehensive rescue services in a limited space, the center has rearranged the space of Xiaoqiang's studio, not only putting the service content, demand list, rescue system, service process, difficulty policy, resource needs and other information on the wall, so as to facilitate the identification and reference of service objects, but also set aside a special face-to-face service area to provide consulting services for the needy people while protecting their personal privacy.
In addition to providing services for the needy, Xiaoqiang Studio will also serve as a position for the exchange of community rescue consultants, continue to carry out various special trainings, improve the comprehensive level of rescue consultants, and serve the needy people efficiently and timely.
The first community-level "Blue Book" released by Tianshan Road Street - "Tianshan Road Street Community Rescue Consultant Work "Blue Book" is displayed in the reading area of Xiaoqiang's studio, which sorts out the common problems and commonly used resources in the previous rescue consultant work, as well as the service content, process, working methods, tools, etc. of the community rescue consultant, which can be consulted by the community rescue consultant at any time, and the best solution to help the people in difficulty can be found through this "encyclopedia".
In addition, Xiaoqiang Studio also launched rescue courses such as "Helping People Help Help from Employment Assistance" and "Community Rescue Consultant Reception and Communication Skills", and used this as a position to convene community rescue consultants in residential areas, professional social workers of social organizations, and rescue volunteers to carry out special training, and explain the concept, concept, goal, job responsibilities, and rescue methods of rescue consultants to the rescue team members, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the service level of the Tianshan Road Street Rescue Team.
