On June 28, the Economic and Technological Development Zone Bureau of Hohhot Market Supervision and Administration Bureau adhered to the principle of "prevention first, risk management, full control, and safety assurance" in accordance with the requirements of the Hohhot Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and took multiple measures and careful deployment, and successfully completed the food safety guarantee task.
Before the start of the security work, the security personnel strengthened communication and coordination with the organizers of major events, understood the number of diners, time, meal methods, meals and other relevant information, and carried out pre-supervision and inspection of the catering service reception units. The first is data review, review the food business license, food safety supervision quantitative grade, food safety guarantee plan, employee health certificate, menu during the guarantee period and other relevant record documents and materials of the catering service reception unit; The second is the on-site review, which is inspected by the security personnel of the food warehouse, food processing area, restaurant hygiene environment and other places of the catering service reception unit, and makes an evaluation report, and signs the "Food Safety Responsibility Commitment for Major Catering Services for Major Events" with the catering service reception unit.
During the guarantee period, the Hohhot Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau Economic and Technological Development Zone Bureau security personnel carried out a comprehensive supervision and inspection of the food safety of the catering service in the whole process of the reception unit, put forward rectification opinions for behaviors that do not meet the food safety operation specifications, supervised the implementation of rectification, and focused on the implementation of the morning inspection system for employees, rapid inspection of vegetable pesticide residues, cleanliness of dining utensils, food samples, etc., the guarantee work carried out 1 batch of rapid inspection of pesticide residues, and 3 batches of rapid inspection of cleanliness of dining utensils. The results were all qualified.
In the next step, the Economic and Technological Development Zone Bureau of Hohhot Market Supervision Administration will summarize and evaluate the food safety guarantee task of this major event, further improve the guarantee method, and lay a more solid foundation for the completion of the next security task.
