After examination, the trademarks "Li Jiaqi" and "Jiaqi" cited by the opponent are different from the "Sun Jiaqi" trademarks, and the pronunciation and overall appearance are obviously different, so the trademarks of the two parties do not constitute similar trademarks used in similar services, and the coexistence and use in the market are not easy to cause confusion and misunderstanding among the relevant public. The Trademark Office did not support the objector's claim that the registration of the opposed trademark had infringed its prior name rights and related rights and interests.
In accordance with Article 35 of the Trademark Law, the Bureau decided to register the No. 65971170 "Sun Jiaqi" business standard. If the opponent is not satisfied with this decision, he may apply to the State Intellectual Property Office for invalidation of the registered trademark in accordance with Articles 44 and 45 of the Trademark Law.
