The number of participants in this year's Yingshi Cup has increased to 58, and the last champion and runner-up Shen Zhenzhen Jiudan and Xie Ke Jiudan automatically advanced to the top 16, and the other 56 participants are allocated as follows: 19 from China, 12 from South Korea, 11 from Japan, 9 from Chinese Taipei, 2 from the Americas, 2 from Europe, and 1 from Southeast Asia.
