3. Activity plan: The submission format is word, PPT or pdf, and it is required to create a public welfare activity planning plan in combination with the theme, online activities, offline activities, cross-border cooperation, and IP cultural and creative directions. The programme framework includes: background and objectives; Strategic analysis (detailed data and reasonable citations); activity planning; creative design execution; Advertising budget and media plan (budget of 200,000-1 million).
