Recently, the Qiaoxi District Disabled Persons' Federation launched the 2024 Family Doctor Signing Service Activity for Disabled Persons at the Workers' New Village Community Health Service Center.
At the event site, medical staff established electronic files for the disabled one by one, and provided physical examination services for blood pressure, electrocardiogram, B-ultrasound and other items. After the establishment of the file, the medical staff of the community health service center will communicate directly with the disabled through home visits, telephone calls and other forms, and provide personalized services such as medication guidance, health management, and health education lectures according to their actual situation and rehabilitation needs.
It is understood that the contracted service of family doctors is carried out by relying on the Dongyaozi Town Health Center and the Workers' New Village Community Health Service Center. In the early stage, through telephone contact and door-to-door visits, the District Disabled Persons' Federation conducted a thorough investigation of the disabled persons who needed to sign a contract with a family doctor in Dongyaozi Town, and formed a list and arranged for the contract. Up to now, 21 disabled people in 4 communities of the Workers' Village Health Service Center and 29 disabled people in 11 villages in Dongyaozi Town have signed contracts.
The contracted doctors are closer to the disabled, understand and are familiar with the physical conditions of the disabled, and can provide fast and timely services, and are the "gatekeepers" of medical rehabilitation services for the disabled. In recent years, Qiaoxi District has combined precision rehabilitation services for the disabled with the development of public health services, and continued to promote the contracted service of family doctors for the disabled, so that the disabled can enjoy more personalized, continuous, convenient and fast medical services, and effectively improve the awareness rate of the disabled in the district on basic public health service projects, precision rehabilitation service projects and other policies, as well as rehabilitation knowledge and rehabilitation skills.
In the next step, Qiaoxi District will continue to cooperate with hospitals or institutions with rehabilitation technical qualifications to further expand the scope of personalized family doctor contract services for the disabled, promote the disabled in need to sign all the visas, and continuously enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the disabled.
