The basis and inspection items of this sampling

First, the basis of sampling

The sampling inspection is based on the "National Food Safety Standard Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (GB 2760-2014), "National Food Safety Standard for Pastries and Breads" (GB 7099-2015), "National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food" (GB 2763-2021), "National Food Safety Standard Limits of Contaminants in Food" (GB 2762-2022) and other standards and product express standards and indicators.

Second, the inspection items

Some unqualified items are knowledgeable

1. Clothianidin

Clothianidin is a neonicotinoid insecticide, which has the effects of systemic property, contact killing and stomach toxicity, and has a good control effect on ginger maggots. A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning in humans, but long-term consumption of clothianidin exceeding the standard of food may have a certain impact on human health. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021), the maximum residue limit of clothianidin in ginger is 0.2 mg/kg. The reason for the excessive residue of clothianidin in ginger may be that the residue in the marketed product exceeds the standard in order to quickly control the insect infestation, increase the dosage or fail to comply with the regulations on the picking interval.

2. Thiaproxam

Thiamethoxam, an insecticide with contact killing, stomach toxicity and systemic effects. It can be used for the main crops of stems, leaves and soil treatment, but also for animal and public health, and for the control of flies. Eating food generally does not lead to acute poisoning of thiamethoxam, but long-term consumption of food with excessive thiamethoxam also has a certain impact on human health. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021), the maximum residue limit of thiamethoxam in ginger is 0.3 mg/kg. The reason for the excessive amount of thiamethoxam residue in ginger may be that the drug is not used according to the regulations or the picking interval is insufficient.

3. Pyraclostrobin

Pyraclostrobin Chinese name azole amate, 100 grammin, is a new broad-spectrum fungicide, mitochondrial respiratory inhibitor, is one of the methoxyacrylate fungicides, with protection, treatment, leaf osmotic conduction effects. The results of field efficacy test results of pyraclostrobin EC showed that it had a good control effect on cucumber powdery mildew, downy mildew, banana scab, leaf spot and sclerotinia sclerotinia disease. However, it is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms, and excessive use of pyraclostrobin can cause the death of aquatic organisms such as fish and shrimp when transferred to the environment such as ponds. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021), the maximum residue limit of pyraclostrobin in mango is 0.05 mg/kg. The reason for the excessive residue of pyraclostrobin in mango may be drug abuse or failure to meet the pesticide safety interval.

4. Methylaminoavermectin benzoate

Emamectin benzoate is a non-systemic insecticide mainly used to control lepidopteran pests in vegetables, brassica, fruit trees, corn, tea trees, grapes and cotton. Edible food generally does not lead to acute poisoning of emamectin benzoate, but long-term consumption of food with emamectin benzoate exceeding the standard also has a certain impact on human health. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2021), the maximum residue limits of emamectin benzoate in peppers is 0.02 mg/kg. The reason for the excessive residue of emamectin benzoate in pepper may be the use of pesticides that do not meet the requirements or the pesticide safety interval is insufficient.
