Walking into the Yi Miao edible mushroom planting base located in Nale Temple Town, Dongxiang County, the industry is booming, and there is a busy scene in front of you, where the cultivation of black fungus, elm mushroom, oyster mushroom, etc. is gratifying, and the workers are picking, sorting, handling, drying and other operations inside and outside the greenhouse, and the joy of harvest is permeated everywhere.
In the past few days, while carrying out the cultivation of edible mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms, white jade fungus, and round mushrooms, workers are organized to pick elm mushrooms and black fungus, which is carried out once every half a month. At present, the base has developed and planted 3 million sticks of black fungus, 50,000 sticks of elm mushroom, 50,000 sticks of white jade fungus, 50,000 sticks of round mushrooms, and 1 million sticks of oyster mushrooms, driving more than 350 women in the surrounding area to increase their income through industrial work.
According to the person in charge of the industrial park, since mid-May, the industrial park has started the picking of elm mushrooms and black fungus, while the picking of oyster mushrooms starts in July and lasts until the end of September. This year, the industrial park has experimentally planted new varieties such as elm mushroom, round mushroom and white jade fungus, in order to enrich the product range and improve market competitiveness. At the same time, the industrial park will continue to improve the industrial chain, expand sales channels, and create more opportunities for farmers to continue to increase their income.
The vigorous development of the edible fungus industry has not only brought tangible income to local farmers, but also become an important industrial support to promote the rural revitalization strategy.
