Good family style cultivates talents
"Xishu Le Clan Genealogy" records the reproduction of the Le family in Lushan: the Le family style is good, his father Le Hezhou attaches great importance to family education, strict governance, requires children to be over ten years old, every day to share housework, every day after breakfast, Le Hezhou to explain the motto of Zhu Zizhi for his children, requiring the family to live frugally, away from luxury. We strive to advocate the good family style of "self-denial and self-cultivation, filial piety and good deeds".
Le Hezhou is very open-minded and strongly advocates that the next generation should receive modern education. He successively sent his children to Ya'an Mingde Middle School, Chengdu Huaxi Union Senior High School, Chengdu Huamei High School, West China Union University, Shandong Qilu University, Nanjing Jinling University, Shanghai Guanghua University and other universities for further study.
Under the influence and inheritance of good family style, Lejia has produced many talents. Of the 17 children of Lejia, 14 have obtained a bachelor's degree, including 7 medical doctors, 1 agricultural expert, 1 polymer material expert, 1 printmaker, and 3 anti-Japanese soldiers.
Among them, Le Yiyi, the second uncle Le Yijing, Le Yiyong, Le Yihe, and Le Yichun are all people who "hang the pot to help the world, and the doctors are benevolent", and have made indelible contributions to the medical and health undertakings of New China. Le Yiqin, one of the "Four Heavenly Kings of the Chinese Air Force", made immortal contributions to the anti-Japanese resistance.

Among the bright stars of Lejia, Le Yiqin is undoubtedly the most shining one.
Le Yiqin is the sixth in the family, a pilot. The Chinese Air Force, a well-known anti-Japanese hero, once shot down four enemy planes in an air battle, and a total of eight enemy planes were shot down during the Anti-Japanese War. During his lifetime, he was known as one of the "Four Heavenly Kings of the Chinese Air Force", "Zhao Zilong in the Air" and "Steel Helmet of the Land in the South of the Yangtze River". On December 3, 1937, he bravely went to the national disaster in the defense of Nanjing, and together with another comrade-in-arms, he used two planes to meet more than 30 enemy planes, and died heroically. For the cause of the liberation of the Chinese nation, the flower of life is fixed at the best age of 23.
After the death of Le Yiqin, the national government and all walks of life gave high praise and solemn mourning, the government issued a pension of 12,000 yuan to his family, and the Le family donated this pension together with part of the family property to build Boying Middle School (the predecessor of Lushan County Middle School) in order to better commemorate their relatives.
A generation of famous doctors is happy
In the field of obstetrics and gynecology, there has always been a medical community that "there is Lin Qiaozhi in the north, and there is happiness in the south." "One said.
Le Yicheng's life is full of legends. On September 26, 1905, Le Yicheng was born in Lushan Lejia, and at the age of 16, Le Yicheng went to Chengdu to study. After 8 years of hard study, Le Yicheng graduated with excellent grades and stayed in school, obtained the first female medical doctor degree from West China Union University, and obtained the medical doctor degree from the State University of New York in the United States. Staying in school to major in obstetrics and gynecology fulfilled the wish I made when I was young.
In order to find the "true scriptures", in 1948, Le Yicheng went to the Royal College of Physicians in London to study for a postdoctoral degree, and in 1949, the founding of New China. Le Yicheng, who studied in the UK, declined all kinds of preferential treatment in the UK and was determined to return to China to serve the motherland. After all kinds of hardships and obstacles, in the winter of 1950, Le Yicheng returned to the motherland and brought back some new medical equipment and precious medicine books, which showed his innocence.
After returning to China, she returned to her alma mater and served as a professor and head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Medical College, becoming a pioneer of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Medical College, the first female expert in obstetrics and gynecology, and was awarded the honor of lifelong first-class professor by the State Council.
At that time, Le Yicheng rode a bicycle every day between his home in the northeast corner of Chengdu and the hospital in the south.
She must arrive at the hospital on time at half past seven every morning, from the hygiene of the ward to the medical discussion, teaching, and scientific research of critically ill patients. She is always strict with her fellow doctors and always very kind to her patients. Until the age of 85, she was still seeing outpatient clinics.
In 1992, Le Yicheng was 87 years old, and she could no longer see the test sheet clearly, but she still often talked about going to the hospital to have a look.
"In the seventies and eighties of the 20th century, Le Yicheng often went to the countryside to make medical tours, and went to the countryside late at night to deliver babies to rural women." Professor Wang Shilang, a well-known obstetrician and gynecologist and a student of Le Yicheng, recalled that at that time, whenever she heard someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night calling "Doctor Le", she would immediately get up from the bed, hold a flashlight in one hand and a cane in the other, and walk out of the house as quickly as possible to rush to the patient's home. At that time, many people in the obstetrics and gynecology circles at home and abroad were familiar with this West China obstetrics and gynecology expert who was in a hurry, had superb medical skills, and often went to the countryside to deliver babies for peasant women, and gave her the nickname "Old Woman with Two Guns".
Le Yicheng and Xie Xiying have devoted themselves to China's medical and health undertakings and have never given birth in their lives. Perhaps, this is the biggest regret in Le Lao's heart, but this does not affect Le Lao to become a good mother. Under the influence and continuation of Le's family style, the three children adopted by Le Lao are all benevolent and enthusiastic people, under the subtle education and guidance of Le Lao, they have been determined since childhood, diligent and progressive, kind-hearted, loyal to the country, and finally grew into students of West China Medical University. Xie Shuxiang is one of the three children.
"Send the son Guanyin" Xie Shuxiang
Professor Xie Shuxiang, known as the contemporary "Guanyin" and "the most beautiful doctor and grandmother", is a national first-class expert in the West China Expert Studio of the Reproductive Health Research Center affiliated to the Sichuan Provincial Reproductive Health Research Center, and a well-known reproductive endocrinologist.
Mr. Xie graduated from the Department of Medicine of Sichuan Medical College (the predecessor of West China Medical University), and after graduation, he has been engaged in obstetrics and gynecology medical treatment, teaching and scientific research in West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University for more than 40 years. From 1986 to 1988, he studied at the South Carolina Medical College and obtained a postdoctoral certificate in reproductive endocrinology in obstetrics and gynecology. During this period, she refused all kinds of preferential treatment abroad, resolutely returned to the embrace of her motherland, and was promoted to professor of obstetrics and gynecology in 1991. For more than 60 years, Mr. Xie has adhered to the rigorous concept of academic governance, participated in the compilation and publication of more than 50 papers, and has won several outstanding paper awards and science and technology awards of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, and won the advanced individual award of family planning in Chengdu and Sichuan Province. Until now, the 87-year-old Xie Lao is in good spirits, insisting on learning every day, and often reading medical materials, participating in academic conferences at home and abroad, and learning the latest international diagnosis and treatment techniques. According to her words, only by accepting cutting-edge new technologies and new knowledge can we keep up with the pace of the times.
The traditional concept of China for thousands of years is that "there are three unfilial pieties, and no queen is greater." "The lack of children after marriage has become a dark cloud hovering over the heads of many young couples, and they cannot be happy all day long. It wasn't until they found Xie Lao and had a baby through her wonderful treatment that the dark cloud turned into a colorful cloud. One by one, families facing fragmentation are reunited, and lives that give birth to hope are born from the ground.
"Take the heart as the lamp and hold up the inheritance of life". Every time a patient finds Mr. Xie, she will ask in detail about the medical history, family situation, living habits, etc., and understand the patient's information in detail. She said that as a doctor, she should "carefully observe the appearance and do not lose anything", she never hesitates to say that words are like gold, and her sense of responsibility can be seen.
Xie Lao often said, "A single flower is not spring, a hundred flowers are in full bloom, and the garden is full of spring." Medicine is to attach importance to cooperative learning and the development of collective wisdom", and now Xie Lao has brought out countless outstanding "disciples".
Sixty-three years of practicing medicine, skillful hands to create great medical feelings, all of which turned into her long-lasting love for medicine, reflecting the original intention of the doctor. "I'm at my age, and I'm still willing to go to work, what do you want? To cure one is to help a family. This is the original intention of Xie Lao's doctor.
"Self-denial, filial piety and good deeds". Xie Lao's benevolence as a doctor is inseparable from his mother's earnest teaching and family style inheritance. Speaking of Xie Lao's mother, she is an amazing legendary woman. Xie Lao recalled his mother, and remembered his mother's strictness the most, "She is not only my mother, but also my ancestor, and a colleague who has worked together for 30 years. She cares and loves me in life, but she is very strict with me at work, and she does not allow a little mistake, and she will reprimand me mercilessly if she makes a mistake. Xie Lao confessed that he was a little "scared" of his mother.
The good family spirit of "self-denial and self-cultivation, filial piety and benevolence" is carried forward in "scholarly inheritance, education and rejuvenation, willing to contribute, and dare to sacrifice".
