In Shali Community, there are 7 schools in the community, including kindergarten, primary school, middle school and other school ages, with abundant educational resources. Under the overall guidance of Maluan Street, Shali Community has always adhered to the party building aggregation platform as the basis to promote the development of the "family-school-community" linkage and collaborative education mechanism to jointly protect the healthy growth of children.
Realize the linkage of resources and expand the educational space
Located downstairs in Furun Letting Community, close to Leting Kindergarten, Shadian Community Furun Letting Party and Mass Service Station is an activity place where children and parents want to come and love to come. Based on the advantages of the site and the needs of children in the community, the site is regularly opened to Leting Kindergarten at different times to expand the extracurricular teaching space and space for kindergarten children, and also expand the service content of the Party and Mass Service Center and optimize the service supply.
Community schools such as Leting Kindergarten and Shadian Community "share resources and complement each other's advantages", and the community linkage will bring the school's high-quality brand projects to the Party and Mass Service Station to expand the service coverage. Among them, there are popular projects for children and parents, such as the "Dandelion Parent-Child Reading Club" and the series of lectures on scientific parenting, which provide high-quality reading activities for children in the community, bring scientific parenting knowledge to parents in the community, and let more children get high-quality and applicable resources.
At the same time, the Shali community carried out a self-service project for residents, solicited the needs of all parties, provided materials and venues and other resources by the community, and schools and parents spontaneously organized and carried out a variety of activities such as parent-child reading, parent-child handicrafts, scientific parenting, and quality development, so as to promote the implementation of the "five educations at the same time".
The three parties form a joint force to improve the service mechanism

During the college entrance examination in the past two years, the Shadian community organized parent volunteers to carry out college entrance examination escort actions in the surrounding areas of the school. During the three days of the college entrance examination, volunteers provided transportation escort, water and rain shelter, and love refueling services for the students, so as to escort the candidates for the smooth examination. In addition, the community has also built the Party and Mass Service Center into a "warm-hearted college entrance examination station", making it a place for parents and candidates to rest and receive convenient services between examinations.
It is reported that in the past year, similar "home-school-community" linkage activities have been carried out about 50 times in the Shali community, serving more than 5,000 children and adolescents in the jurisdiction.
Optimize the education system, empower and improve quality and efficiency
While the "family-school-community" education system of Shadi community is constantly advancing and bearing results, it is also constantly improving and developing. So far, the Shadian community has carried out a total of 17 "home-school-community" linkage meetings, carried out 3 parent ability training activities, successfully established a volunteer service team of family and friends, incubated a team of reading talents, and sorted out a list of human resources including 34 people. At the same time, we actively mobilize the main forces of the three parties to jointly participate in and optimize 4 special projects such as reading, drama, and science and technology, so that these service projects that promote the improvement of children's abilities and cultivate their after-school interests have also been continuously improved and developed.
The relevant person in charge of the Shali community said that in the next step, the Shali community will continue to deepen the "family-school-community" collaborative education system, be demand-oriented, innovate collaboration methods according to local conditions, mobilize social forces, and jointly escort the healthy physical and mental development of minors.
