In order to further promote the special rectification action of corruption in the field of medical insurance and the unhealthy trends and corruption around the masses, strengthen the main responsibility of the county's designated medical institutions to use the medical insurance fund, effectively ensure the safety of the medical insurance fund, and safeguard the health rights and interests of the people, on July 18, the Gaolan County Medical Insurance Bureau, together with the County Public Security Bureau, the County Health Bureau, the County Market Supervision Bureau and other departments carried out a special inspection on the illegal and illegal issues of the medical insurance fund.
During the inspection, each unit combined its work functions to carry out spot checks and inspections around excessive charges, excessive diagnosis and treatment, and overall reimbursement of employee outpatient services. For the inspection of the designated medical institutions with collusion projects, excessive standard charges, family outpatient mutual aid account policy has not been implemented and other illegal use of medical insurance funds, the inspection team personnel truthfully recorded, on-site interview with the person in charge, and feedback the problem to the corresponding designated medical institutions, requiring inferences and timely rectification. For the specific problems of illegal use of funds, the county medical insurance bureau will deal with them in accordance with laws and regulations and agreements.
Through the joint supervision and inspection of all relevant departments, the advantages of joint supervision of departments have been brought into play, coordination and cooperation, and responsibilities have been compacted, forming a strong joint force to rectify the problem of violations of laws and regulations in the medical insurance fund, forcing designated medical institutions to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment service behavior, so as to achieve reasonable inspection, reasonable treatment, reasonable charges, and improve the efficiency of the use of medical insurance funds.
