On July 23, after careful restoration, the Memorial Hall of the Shanghai Office of the Communist Party of China Delegation (Zhou Mansion) at No. 73 Sinan Road was reopened to the public. For the first time, the only intact and open Zhou Enlai memorial site in Shanghai breaks the traditional closed model and organically integrates with the surrounding neighborhoods, allowing the public to deeply experience its unique historical atmosphere and cultural heritage.
It is understood that after the reopening, the museum will not only open the garden in front of the Zhou Mansion (No. 73 Sinan Road) for the first time, but also connect with the adjacent No. 71 courtyard garden, expanding the visiting space and improving the visiting experience; The "one-meter line" will no longer be set up in various scenes in the museum, and the audience can feel the arduous and simple struggle environment of the revolutionary ancestors.

On the basis of following the original scene layout of the Zhou Mansion, the museum integrates the historical scenes into the modern society, and deeply restores the scenes of the life and battle of the staff of the CPC delegation office in Shanghai.

Among them, on the second floor of the old site, on the basis of restoring the reception room, Zhou Enlai's office and bedroom, etc., the scene of Zhou Enlai's repeated press conferences in the Zhou Mansion to expound the party's consistent proposition of peace and democracy is presented in the form of dynamic projection. On the third floor, on the basis of the immersive restoration of the studio and bedroom scene of the foreign affairs staff of the office, the "day of the staff of the office of the Chinese Communist Party delegation" is comprehensively displayed. At the same time, the memoirs and speeches of the delegation staff are put into the electronic reading screen, and the battle stories of the delegation staff in Shanghai are presented in multiple forms and angles through memoirs, speeches and official letters. On the fourth floor, on the basis of the restoration of Dong Biwu's studio and bedroom and the collective dormitory of the office staff, the scene oil painting and sound effect radio drama are used to focus on the scene of the "final battle" before the retreat of all the members of the office in March 1947.

At the same time, Shanghai is also a very important place of struggle in Zhou Enlai's revolutionary life, and No. 71 Zhou Mansion presents a special exhibition of "Zhou Enlai in Shanghai" to the audience, comprehensively reviewing Premier Zhou's struggle for the cause of national liberation and the people's happy life in Shanghai. The new exhibition exhibits a total of more than 100 cultural relics and pictures, 72 basic displays, and 20-30 pieces of various newspapers and periodicals and objects in the scene restoration.
