Enzo · Maresca's Chelsea era kicks off on Wednesday at the United States Levi's Stadium when the Blues face Wrexham in their first pre-season friendlie.
This month, the League One newcomers have already played a Premier League opponent in the United States, drawing 1-1 with Bournemouth in their second game of the summer.
Thursday's game is one of five for Chelsea across the Atlantic, with the Blues also facing Celtic, America, Manchester City and Real Madrid on a five-game winning streak before returning home to face Inter Milan at Stamford Bridge.
Wrexham faced off against two strong rivals in an exhibition match, beating Hanley Town 5-1 on 13 July. After Thursday's clash with the Blues, Wrexham will quickly travel to Canada to take on the Vancouver Whitecaps on 27 July before returning home to face Fleetwood Town for their final friendly of the summer.
Chelsea's likely starting line-up:
Sanchez; James, Disasi, Adarabjerg, Colwill; Duesbury Hall, Vega; Marduk, Nkunku, Raheem Sterling; Guiyou
Wrexham's probable starting line-up:
Okonkovo; Brent, O'Connell, Cleveros; Bolton, Jones, Evans, Cannon, McLean; Dalby, Marriott
Chelsea vs. Wrexham - Prediction
Chelsea 3-1 Wrexham
Wrexham should be commended for their excellent performance against Bournemouth and should play against a poorly trained Chelsea side who will surely be at least partially affected by the Fernandes scandal.
However, with the attacking ability and attacking line-up of the squad excellent under the new manager, the Blues should be able to teach Wrexham a football lesson and do well in pre-season.
