Among the 12 hot pot bases sent for testing, 6 hot pot bases were found to be possibly carcinogens [white eyes]

Recently, a third-party authoritative testing agency tested 12 hot pot base ingredients (mushroom soup flavor), and the test items contained total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, total arsenic, lead, 4-methylimidazole, and 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol. The tested brands are: Haidilao, Mingyang, Good People, Xiaolongkan, Xiabu Xiabu, Dezhuang, Little Sheep, Qiaotou, Add a Little Taste, Eclipse, Tan Yaxue and Pei Sister Lao Hot Pot. The test results showed:

1. None of the coliform bacteria in the 12 hot pot base were detected (<10CFU/g), and 11 models were detected with "bacteria", with a maximum difference of 700 times in the total number of colonies.

2. Total arsenic was detected in 10 hot pot bases, and lead was detected in 5 models;

3. Xiabu Xiabu, Little Sheep, Xiaolongkan, Eclipse, Jiadian, Dezhuang 6 hot pot bases were detected with a possible carcinogen 4-methylimidazole.

Among them, in the total number of colonies, Haidilao had the highest detection value of 14000 CFU/g, which was 700 times different from the low detection value of Little Sheep (20 CFU/g). In the detection of total arsenic and lead, the above two harmful pollutants were not detected in Dezhuang, and the safety is high. In the detection of total arsenic, Xiaolongkan had the highest detection value of 0.43 mg/kg, while in the detection of lead, Haidilao had the highest detection value of 0.132 mg/kg.
