The Xiasesi Bridge project is a key livelihood project in Xiangtan City. In order to effectively ensure the safety of the project construction and the safety of water traffic in the construction waters of the project, the Municipal Transportation Bureau organized a special meeting on the afternoon of July 22 to study and deploy the maintenance and guarantee of the safety of single-hole navigation on the north bank of the Lower Receiver Bridge. The meeting listened to the report of the project owner and the construction unit on the basic situation of the project, the progress of construction and the preparation of the special safety guarantee plan during the single-hole navigation of the second span of the north bank of the Lower Setsi Bridge (hereinafter referred to as the "security plan"), and the specific arrangements for the on-site safety maintenance and guarantee measures on the water during the navigation of the second span of the second span of the lower Setsi Bridge. The participating units made suggestions for the safety and security of the navigation safety of the second span of the north bank of the Lower Shooting Division, focused on the review and revision of the "Security Plan", agreed on the water traffic security measures, and reached a working consensus of hard work, joint management and cooperation, and made concerted efforts to ensure the safety of water traffic.
Xie Zhiyu agreed with the participating experts' pertinent evaluation and related opinions on the "Security Plan", affirmed the efforts made by all parties involved in the project, and put forward three opinions on improving the "Security Plan" and doing a good job in follow-up work: First, it is necessary to improve the position and deepen the understanding. The project is a key livelihood project in the city, which should not only ensure the construction progress, but also ensure the construction safety. All participating units should deepen their ideological understanding, improve their political position, and go all out to do a good job in the safety and security of the project. Second, it is necessary to refine and adjust and improve the plan. Combined with the opinions and suggestions of the participating units, it is believed that the "Security Plan" is feasible as a whole. The program preparation unit should carefully sort out and absorb the opinions and suggestions of the participating units, further refine and improve the program measures, and further strengthen the scientificity, completeness and feasibility of the program. After the plan is revised and submitted for review, all participating units should make arrangements for the benchmarking plan, comprehensively consolidate responsibilities, and implement security measures in accordance with the procedures; In particular, it is necessary to highlight the key water areas, key periods and key objects of the project construction, strictly implement the 24-hour special duty system measures, strengthen the organization and scheduling of transportation in the project construction waters, strengthen the project site patrol inspection and supervision and law enforcement, strengthen emergency response preparedness and quick response to emergencies, and make every effort to ensure the safety of water traffic during the navigation of the single hole on the north bank of the Lower Receiver Bridge.
