Fifth, development has stamina. It can be seen from the intensity and methods of the measures launched in various places that this model can be expanded and deepened, and has strong development potential. Carrying out special skills training for employment around retired servicemen can not only enrich the strength of national defense education in the basic education stage, greatly stimulate and encourage outstanding retired servicemen to devote themselves to the cause of education and grassroots work, but also is of great significance for improving the training capacity of relevant units, improving the overall professional quality of personnel, and expanding the effectiveness of work, and is an important starting point for military-civilian cooperation and common development.
