for outdoor workers
Hold up the "cool umbrella"

Near noon, when it is time for the road parking toll collectors to rest, the union station becomes particularly lively. Sister Wang, the toll collector, and a number of colleagues walked into the station, some of them used the microwave oven to heat rice, some used the water dispenser to pour water, and some were charging their mobile phones. "I used to go to work under the sun and rest in some buildings at noon, for fear that others would not welcome it, but now there is a 'trade union station', which can not only take a cool day, but also provide us with so many service facilities, which is very convenient and good!" Sister Wang told the staff with a smile.
The trade union station not only provides infrastructure services for the majority of workers, but also cooperates with the "Hang Xiaoer" public service team in Shangcheng District to provide convenient services such as haircuts and clothing repair every Monday and Wednesday afternoon. Aunt Cui, a volunteer in charge of sewing, is a retired worker, and she goes to the union station every week to serve the employees, and insists on shining brightly. The workers who came to ask her to mend her clothes said that she wore reading glasses, put on a red vest, and sat by the sewing machine to carefully sew and mend clothes, just like her grandmother when she was a child. Once, a passing security guy walked into the post station to drink water, and Aunt Cui saw that his work clothes were torn, so she said to the guy cordially: "Young man, your coat is torn, take it off quickly, I will help you sew two stitches, soon." The young man felt warm, and took the initiative to help Aunt Cui lead. "A stitch and a thread" strung together the emotional bond between the trade union and the workers.
Since 2017, the Municipal Employee Service Center established the "Love Home", and has cooperated with the trade union of Hangzhou Tongjuntang Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Department to provide four seasons health tea for the workers. During the "dog days", the post station coffee bar is especially intimate to send cold drinks to the delivery riders to relieve the heat. In addition, outdoor workers can participate in well-organized public welfare activities in the leisure service area of the trade union station, and can also borrow books at the Hangzhou Study · Staff Library, and enjoy discounts at the coffee bar. In the "· Fate" city meeting room, single young workers can also participate in public welfare blind date activities. These practical measures have been welcomed and praised by the masses of workers!
Up to now, the trade union station has served a total of 167761 employees and carried out 33 convenient services. As the first batch of national pilot units of "improving the quality of life of employees, empowering and increasing efficiency, and building a comprehensive service for employees" determined by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Employee Service Center aims to build the trade union post station into a new brand of trade union service for the workers and a new highlight of the creation of a civilized city.
