On July 22, at the construction site of the Hainan Ding'an Intelligent Warehousing and Logistics Platform Project on the west side of Dingfu Road, Taling Industrial Park, Ding'an County, construction was in full swing. The workers were busy under the scorching sun, and the sound of hammering, cutting, and the roar of the machine were intertwined, sounding the "rallying call" to accelerate the construction, and the upsurge of hard work and fast work was surging everywhere.
The project covers an area of 55 acres, with a proposed block, an online and offline commodity trading platform, and world-class logistics and warehousing platform equipment and facilities. The project will start construction in February 2023, with a total planned investment of 99 million yuan.
"At present, the two-story floor of Block A and the ground below the ground of Block B of our project have all been completed, the foundation of the equipment room is 90% completed, and the overall progress has reached 50%." Zhou Jianjun, the person in charge of the intelligent warehousing and logistics platform project, told reporters that the project belongs to the supporting project of Hainan Liansu Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., which provides warehousing and logistics functions for Liansu, and after the completion of the project, it will be conducive to the company to further expand production.
Hainan Liansu Technology Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of China Lesso Group Holdings Co., Ltd., located in Dingfu Road, Taling Industrial Zone, Ding'an County, with a total area of 342 acres and an investment of 800 million yuan.
"From the pre-construction procedures and coordination of the intelligent warehousing and logistics platform project to the relocation and transformation of optical cables and wires after the start of construction, we have taken the initiative to provide front-line services, actively help enterprises contact relevant functional departments, and formulate relocation plans to solve enterprise demands through multiple coordination meetings and on-site surveys." Pan Jingjing, executive deputy director of the county tower management committee, said.
On the south side of Qifeng Road in Taling Industrial Park, the construction site of the Hainan Dachuan Tropical Characteristic Industry Expansion Project has changed from "external heat" to "internal heat". The overall exterior construction of the project has been basically completed, while the indoor equipment installation, cleaning engineering and interior decoration are in full swing, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in September this year.
The project covers an area of 44.6 acres, with a total investment of 211 million yuan and a total building area of 52,003.21 square meters, including high-standard intelligent production workshops, new office buildings, logistics complexes, intelligent warehouses, sewage treatment stations and other production and supporting buildings, which will start construction in December 2022.
"We are currently working overtime to put the finishing touches on the work and try to finish it by September. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can reach an annual production capacity of 23,000 tons of mango pulp, banana pulp, guava juice and other industrial raw materials, tea fruit and vegetable raw materials, and coconut products, and can achieve an annual operating income of 500 million yuan. In Taling Industrial Park, it is not only the above two projects that are under construction. At present, there are 80 projects under construction in the park, such as Luyan Pharmaceutical's Hainan headquarters project, environmental protection and carbon reduction pavement recycling new material production and R&D projects, "In June last year, Taling Industrial Park was officially upgraded to a provincial-level park, and initially formed a pattern of food processing, biomedicine and green building three industrial clusters. With the transformation and upgrading of the park, the enterprises in the park have ushered in new opportunities, and everyone is busy with production and construction.
