As the temperature gradually drops, heating has become a hot topic for residents after tea and dinner. The heating problem of residents is an important livelihood issue, which is related to the vital interests of the masses, in order to better serve the residents in the jurisdiction, so that the residents can have a more comprehensive understanding of the heating policy. Recently, Fuqiangyuan community and Xinshengyuan Heating Company carried out heating publicity services into the community activities, on the heating temperature during the heating period, payment and charges, convenient services, heating precautions and other hot issues, in-depth community, residents' homes to carry out extensive publicity, service and heating knowledge to the masses, help users solve the actual heat problem, for this winter heating work in advance warm-up.
In order to cooperate with the working hours of the residents, the staff used the evening break time to carry out a wide range of door-to-door publicity activities. During the activity, the staff of the community and the heating company explained in detail to the community residents the relevant policies, common sense of heat use, service standards, payment procedures and other matters, and at the same time, some situations that may occur during the heating period that residents are generally concerned about and emergency treatment methods, such as: for some hot users in the winter uneven heat and cold, heating facilities run, run, drip, leak and other problems, the staff carefully explained the solution to the problem, and effectively let the residents "run less errands, no errands". At the same time, the problems reflected by the users in the publicity activities were recorded in detail, and the "heating service team" was set up for the "problem users" who reported more repairs in the heating season, and took the initiative to provide door-to-door service and solve problems by cleaning the filter screen, exhaust facilities, flushing pipes, etc., and used the "temperature" service model to send warm services to the majority of heat users. This time, we answered users' questions face-to-face, solved the problems that residents were most concerned about, and won unanimous praise from community residents.

Only by sincerely helping residents solve practical problems can they win the recognition of the masses, and the needs are put forward by the masses, the activities are participated by the masses, and the results are judged by the masses.
