On the 27th, the responsible comrades of the District Prevention Office led a team to go deep into key points to carry out special supervision and inspection on the inspection and control of key parts such as emergency duty duty, hidden danger investigation and management, emergency material reserves, water-prone culverts, and key river embankments.
The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that all key points can effectively drain water during heavy rainfall, prevent urban waterlogging, ensure the stability of river embankments, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property. The supervision team successively came to the Halazhuang culvert, Tangtong Road culvert, Huihong Road Jinji Railway culvert, Qinglongwan embankment and Chaobai River left embankment, and inspected the situation on duty during the flood season in Dakoutun Town, Huogezhuang Town and other units. Through on-the-spot inspections, listening to reports, inquiring and understanding, etc., we will fully grasp the flood prevention preparations of relevant units. The supervision group requires relevant departments to do a good job in advance of drainage facilities dredging, emergency drainage preparations, etc., to ensure smooth drainage, reduce the risk of waterlogging, to ensure that emergency supplies, team reserves are in place, so that "when called, come to fight".
In view of the problems and weaknesses found in the inspection, the supervision group immediately put forward rectification opinions and asked relevant departments to take immediate action and take effective measures to solve them. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen on-duty duty and monitoring and early warning work to ensure that all kinds of dangerous situations can be discovered and dealt with in a timely manner during heavy rainfall.
