Recently, a number of Hangzhou craftsmen reported to the Chao News · reporter help, saying that the platform they cooperated with, the beaver family, owed them the service fee they should have received.
Founded in 2014, Beaver Home is an enterprise that provides users with "pan-American industry" services such as nail art, eyelash art, beauty, physiotherapy, etc., and has companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other places.

On July 25, the Chao News reporter communicated with Mr. Li, one of the heads of operations of the beaver family. Mr. Li said that he would give a written response to the problems reported by the craftsmen (the previous details were stamped "Beaver Family Caught in the "Withdrawal" Turmoil: Craftsmen Can't Withdraw Commissions on the Platform Normally.")
On July 28, the reporter learned from Mr. Li that the company had sent the "Notice on the Issuance of Promotion Fees for the Door-to-door Service Business of Beaver" to craftsmen on the 26th through the merchant side of Beaver's Home.
The notice mentions: From now on, the issuance of door-to-door service promotion fees from third-party channels will be automatically settled according to the T+7 system completed by the service, and the craftsmen do not need to operate in the background of the merchant; The manual promotion fee generated by the APP-side service will be settled according to T+3 working days after the withdrawal date, and will be implemented from September 1, 2024, and the financial system and the withdrawal system will be upgraded in September, and the specific rules will be announced later.
Before September 1, 2024, the promotion fee will be settled weekly according to the city weekly schedule.

Previously, (July 25), Mr. Li had said that the reason why craftsmen could not withdraw money was that the platform found in the audit that some craftsmen had "skipping orders" such as adding customer WeChat and private transactions, which was a violation of the platform's regulations. Therefore, for the order amount of some craftsmen violating the rules, the technical staff is investigating and sorting.
"Since January 1 this year, the total estimated amount of evasion calculated by the audit system is 157 million yuan. In May, normal settlement was resumed, but the situation did not improve, so the audit of bill evasion was initiated. Mr. Li said.

However, craftsmen do not agree with this statement.
In the "Service Agreement" of Beaver, there are relevant instructions on how to deal with the order of "Skip Order": after the occurrence of "Skip Order", the craftsman needs to make up the order service fee and commission of the "Skip Order", and if the transaction details are notified in writing to Beaver within 48 hours, and the relevant settlement is completed, it will not be regarded as "Skip Order" behavior.
Some craftsmen asked: "I have clearly written down the specific items to be made up in the supplement, since I have already made up the relevant payment, why do we have to withhold our service fee?" ”
In this regard, Mr. Li once explained: "The cumulative amount of 'order evasion' by some craftsmen is already higher than the service income earned on the platform. ”
"Now it's a vicious circle, we don't do it, the craftsmen don't work, and it's going to get worse and worse. Therefore, we will no longer hold craftsmen accountable for 'order evasion', and everyone will resume distribution from September 1. Mr. Li said.
A craftsman expressed his hope that the company can solve the existing problems as soon as possible: "I have been in the company since its inception, and I have been working until now, just like watching my children grow up little by little, and I also hope that the platform will develop better in the future." ”
