The Qinlin Theater of the Party and Mass Service Center of Xietu Street, Xuhui District, recently staged a "Storydrama Tour to Celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" planned and carried out by the Shanghai Oriental Publicity and Education Service Center (Municipal Public Service Advertising Coordination Center), telling the stories of red characters in Shanghai's history in the form of situational stories, commenting talk shows, Shanghai rap and other traditional Chinese music forms, taking the audience back to the touching red era and feeling the changes in Shanghai's century-old history.
"Smack!" With the crisp sound of waking wood slapping the table, the curtain slowly opened, and the wonderful performance officially began.
At the beginning of the performance, Chen Chao, an actor from the Shanghai Pingtan Troupe, Chen Jing and Sun Xiadi, actors from the Shanghai Shenjiang Art Troupe, successively brought the sitcom "Farewell, Brother" and the Shanghai Opera "Whampoa Angry Tide" to the audience and friends. Subsequently, Wu Xinbo, a famous commenting artist, a national first-class actor, a member of the China Quyi Artists Association, and the chairman of the Shanghai Quyi Artists Association, brought a talk show "My Mother and I on Middle Age", telling about the changes in Shanghainese's clothing, food, housing and transportation, and the familiar scenes depicted in the lines made the community residents present empathize.
National first-class actors Gu Zhujun and Chen Jian brought the Shanghai rap "Colorful Pujiang Seven Pornography" to the audience, and felt the century-old historical changes of Shanghai with everyone in the singing. This performance presents the traditional red story in a modern, humorous and close-to-life talk show form, inheriting the red gene. Each actor on stage has their own unique performance style, and guides the audience to participate through questions and ridicule, and establishes a good interactive relationship.
"I like Pingtan very much, Pingtan pays attention to speaking, gimmicks, playing, singing, and making people laugh and tell good stories in the process of playing and singing. I think today's performance combines the red story and the art of commenting quite well, thank you to the actors for their wonderful performances! Mr. Ma, a fan of Pingdan, told reporters that the interpretation of Shanghai's story with the art of Pingtan and Wu Nong's soft language made him feel very cordial to "old Shanghai".
The relevant person in charge of Xietu Street said that the changes in Shanghai in the past century have demonstrated the growing strength of the country and the industrious wisdom of the people, and the planned red story drama tour is not only a review and commemoration of the city's history, but also an inspiration for the future prospects and expectations of community residents.
