On the afternoon of July 29, the sixth and seventh vessels of 5,300 containers (CHB2013 and CHB2014) built by Zhoushan Changhong International for the Greece shipowner NAVIOS MARITIME PARTNERS L. P. were named at Changhong International Pier 1.

THE ZIM PELICAN WILL BE DELIVERED ON JULY 31, AND THE ZIM SEAGULL IS SCHEDULED FOR SEA TRIALS IN EARLY AUGUST. The 5,300 TEU series container ship project is the first cooperation between Changhong International and Navios, and since the start of the project, five ships have been delivered, the sixth ship is about to be delivered, and the remaining four ships are also planned to be delivered before the end of the year.
At the naming ceremony, the shipowner highly affirmed the quality of Changhong International's shipbuilding and expressed his sincere gratitude to all parties who have made efforts for the construction of the new ship.
