On July 30, the Ministry of Natural Resources held a report meeting on studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and invited Han Wenxiu, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, the deputy director of the Office of the Central Financial and Economic Commission in charge of daily work (ministerial level), and the director of the Office of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, to make a report. Wang Guanghua, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry, presided over the report meeting.
In the propaganda report, Han Wenxiu closely focused on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "Decision" of the Plenary Session, and deeply preached the major significance of the times and far-reaching historical influence of the Plenary Session, profoundly explained the guiding ideology, general goals and major principles of further deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization, focused on the interpretation of the major reform and innovation measures proposed in the "Decision", and talked about the understanding and experience of implementing the spirit of the Plenary Session and reform tasks.
The comrades attending the meeting listened attentively to the report. It is generally believed that the theme of the lecture is clear, the content is rich, there are not only simple theoretical explanations, but also practical experience and thinking, after listening to the deep education and inspiration, for a comprehensive understanding and accurate grasp of the rich connotation and essence of the "Decision", the main direction and key measures of the Ministry of Natural Resources to further deepen the reform in an all-round way, and to promote the development of natural resources in depth with new reform practices, has important guiding significance.
