By setting a task schedule, users can easily schedule specific function plug-ins or data assistants to be executed automatically at a specific time, effectively improving work efficiency and ensuring timely data update and processing. Task scheduling starts automatically when the app starts and runs in the background without the need for constant user monitoring, which brings great convenience to users.
Feature introduction
Set a function task that can be activated within a set time, or executed in a loop, etc.
The task scheduling feature allows you to schedule a specified Plug-in or Data Assistant to run at a time that is most convenient for you. The task schedule starts every time the app is launched and runs in the background.
Note:
1. When you create a scheduled task or edit an existing scheduled task, the system activates or reactivates the task within five minutes.
2. Once the app or form containing the scheduled task has been copied, you need to manually activate (i.e., enable) the scheduled task in the form.
Create a scheduled task
01Set up the entrance
Steps: [Select the target form on the app editing page] -- [Form Settings] -- [Scheduled Task] -- [Create a Scheduled Task]
02Name of the scheduled task
Refers to the name of the scheduled task, which makes it easy to distinguish multiple scheduled tasks in the same location (the number of scheduled tasks is subject to the individual plan limit).
Note: The scheduled task name is unique.
03 Scheduled task type
That is, there are three types of execution modes: scheduled execution, repeated execution, and cyclic execution.
Scheduled execution
Scheduled execution is to select a specific day to execute the plug-in, and the plug-in will not be executed after the expiration date.
Execution time
Select the format of hours, minutes and seconds for a specific day.
Note: The date and time you select must be greater than the current date and time for it to take effect
Repeat the execution
Recurring execution is a periodic execution of function plug-ins.
1. Repeat the cycle
The recurrence cycle is how often the task schedule is executed. The recurrence can be selected: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly
2. Execution time
That is, set the start time for executing the scheduled task.
3. End time
That is, set the end time of the execution of the task plan.
Round-robin execution
Cyclic execution means that scheduled tasks are executed at intervals according to a set number of repetitions.
1. Number of repetitions
That is, how many times it is repeated. 0 indicates that the execution is infinitely looped and will not be stopped
2. Repeat the interval
That is, how often the next scheduled task is executed after it is executed. The time can be set: minutes, hours, days.
Feature Extension Settings
You can set up a data assistant or a function plug-in (only one of them can be set), and after the setting is complete, the configured data assistant or plug-in will be executed according to the scheduled task settings.
After the new scheduled task is saved, the scheduled task is started.
Edit the scheduled task
Scheduled tasks that have already been created can be edited again.
Pause/start a scheduled task
1. After a scheduled task is paused, the scheduled task is in the Stopped state and will not be executed.
2. After the scheduled task is paused, it can be enabled, and the scheduled task will continue to execute according to the settings.
Deletes a scheduled task
Click Delete to delete the scheduled task.
