The courtyard is "square inch land", and the "cornucopia" of getting rich. In recent years, Chengguan Town has focused on increasing farmers' income as the core and creating beautiful courtyards as the foundation, and each village has developed "six small" courtyards such as small pastoral, small cultivation, small processing, small catering, small service, and small homestay according to local conditions, and has focused on cultivating a number of distinctive, manageable, efficient and strong rural courtyards, broadening the channels for increasing the income of the masses, promoting industrial development, and helping rural revitalization.
One side of the courtyard to create a blueprint for revenue
At six o'clock in the evening, the Yang family courtyard farmhouse in Duancaogou, Chengguan Town, Highway Village, has wafted out the aroma of food, the kitchen is in full swing, the chef in charge is carefully cooking the food ordered by the diners, and after a while, the sweet potato flour fried bacon, wild vegetable balls, pork belly chicken soup and other delicacies that have just come out of the pot are served to the table in turn.
The Yangjia Courtyard is run by Huang Rong, a villager from Highway Village, with his family, who have ingeniously integrated local chicken, toon, wild vegetables and other delicacies into the catering, and introduced local original farmhouse dishes that cater to the tastes of tourists.
"Murakami has supported the improvement of the courtyard facilities, the seasonal fruits and vegetables are all grown by the garden, and the local chickens are also raised by themselves, so that guests who come to eat can also experience the fun of picking for themselves." Huang Rong said that with the help of the popularity brought by Shamao Mountain, coupled with the proximity to the county seat, the farmhouse business is not bad, and it can receive more than 20 tables of guests every week.
In Chengguan Town, just like the Yang family's courtyard, it makes full use of the advantages of cultural tourism, health care and local resources, and relies on the unique pastoral scenery to create a collection of leisure and vacation, local food, picking and sightseeing experience in one of the farmhouse villages. They transform resource advantages into economic advantages and promote the integrated development of courtyard economy and rural tourism.
A vacant lot grows fruits
In the vegetable garden of Liu Yikui, a villager in the fifth group of Xiangrong Community, Chengguan Town, Liu Yikui is busy picking ripe cucumbers, pot beans and other seasonal vegetables. The planting income of the courtyard economy made Liu Yikui's family's face full of happy smiles.
"Peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, vegetables are grown in the garden according to the season, except for their own food, most of them are sold by my wife every day at the vegetable market. There are no pesticides grown at home, and many people rush to buy them. Liu Yikui said that he used the vacant land in front of and behind his house to grow 3 acres of vegetables, and he could also have an income of tens of thousands of yuan a year.
In Chengguan Town, many courtyard vacant spaces are organized into vegetable gardens and orchards, the brackets are crawling with bean horn vines, the corn in the small vegetable garden is next to pumpkins and eggplants, and the red tomatoes are hanging all over the branches, and the round watermelons are scattered in the ground. The people in the jurisdiction develop the courtyard economy according to local conditions, and make effective use of the "square inch of land" in front of the house and behind the house, and the previously chaotic vacant land has been transformed into a small vegetable garden, a small orchard, and a small garden, and all kinds of crops have broken through the ground and grown gratifyingly.
A captive breeds a rich industry
Walking into Liu Xianlie's farmhouse in Zhongying Village, in the clean and tidy chicken coop, Liu Xianlie was busy with ingredients, feeding chickens, and adding water. Looking at the growing chickens, Liu Xianlie is full of expectations for his future life.
"I have raised broiler chickens for a few years, and I can have an income of 3,000 yuan a year, and this year I raised about 60 chickens at home, and I also planted a few acres of vegetable fields." Liu Xianlie said that using his own yard to develop the breeding industry, usually piggybacking on his hands to feed, does not take much time, but also can increase income.
In order to effectively promote the development of small aquaculture industry with courtyard economic characteristics, Chengguan Town encourages farmers to renovate their courtyards, guides qualified farmers to seize breeding opportunities, based on regional characteristics, and uses their own courtyards to develop ecological breeding industries such as native chickens, pigs, and bees, so as to cultivate new growth points of rural economy. Under the careful maintenance of the masses, the free-foraging local chickens thrive, the bees make sweet honey, and the little black pigs become "fragrant and sweet", ......"courtyard chickens" and "courtyard pigs" inject "new vitality" into the development of the courtyard economy, help rural revitalization, and expand sources of income.
