Hyundai's new Ioniq 6 camouflage car has been unveiled on overseas roads, and the new car will be a mid-cycle facelift model, which is expected to make its debut in the first half of 2025 and start sales at the same time. At present, Hyundai Motor has laid out the Ioniq 5 N in China, a high-performance pure electric model, and next year, the Ioniq 6 and N series high-performance models are also expected to be introduced into the domestic market for sales, and further enrich Hyundai's product lineup in China, with major competitors including Tesla Model 3, BYD Seal, Hongqi E-QM5 and other models.
As can be seen from the released road test spy photos, the head of the new Hyundai Ioniq 6 model has been upgraded with a new split LED headlight cluster, and its styling design is also similar to Audi's A6 e-tron model. The C-pillar of the body is still designed as a fastback sports coupe, and the rear may be provided with a continuous LED taillight cluster.
In terms of power, the new Hyundai Ioniq 6 model will continue to be built on the E-GMP platform, and will be driven by single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive, and will be offered with a larger 84kWh battery pack, with a maximum range of up to 700 km.
