The content and methods of supervision and reporting are hereby announced to the public, and the broad masses of cadres and the masses are welcome to participate in supervision and reporting, and seek truth from facts to report and reflect relevant violations of discipline and law.

1. Excessive cost of Chinese meals in official receptions, excessive number of accompanying meals, illegal provision of cigarettes, alcohol, high-end dishes and other excessive receptions and food waste;
2. Illegal eating and drinking issues such as entertaining personnel within the scope of non-official receptions and reimbursing them with public funds, and engaging in banquets at public funds between units or within units, without a reason for reception or without substantive official activities;
3. Drinking alcohol at noon on weekdays, drinking alcohol during official activities such as meetings, training, inspections, research, and duty, and violating other relevant regulations of the unit where alcohol is not allowed to be consumed;
4. No official letter for official reception, or replacing official letters with telephone records, notices, etc., "one letter for multiple meals", exchanging blank official letters between units, falsely listing the reasons for reception, and freely filling in the "eating official letters" for reimbursement when needed;
5. Falsely listing the "three public" funds, using office supplies, conference fees, training fees, bus operation and maintenance fees, and other false names to obtain public funds, or using project funds and other special work funds to eat and drink in violation of regulations;
6. Inclusion of unapproved receptions and non-official activities in official receptions, official receptions in the same city, disguised arrangements for reception and reimbursement of meal expenses in the name of meetings, inspections, inspections, training, investment promotion, etc., or mixing illegal eating and drinking expenses into the normal expenses of government canteens;
7. Accepting banquets from management service targets or subordinate units in violation of regulations, transferring or apportioning illegal eating and drinking expenses to subordinate units, or requiring subordinate units or management service recipients to pay personal food and drink expenses;
8. Eating and drinking in violation of regulations in internal reception venues such as government canteens, residential communities, and private clubs, as well as in hidden places such as "farmhouses" and "one-table meals";
9. Accepting banquets arranged by private business owners and other management service recipients, treating relevant enterprise operators as "meal tickets", transferring food and drink expenses to private enterprises, and long-term "eating bosses" in violation of regulations;
10. Issues such as eating and drinking in violation of regulations in the name of research and exchanges, study and training, and attracting investment, as well as problems such as the confusion of official receptions and business receptions in state-owned enterprises, and extravagance and waste;
11. Issues such as illegal eating and drinking behind drunk driving by Party members and cadres and public employees, as well as issues such as drunkenness, privileges, immorality and anomie after drinking, and violations of public order and good customs, causing a negative impact;
12. Organizing or participating in hometown associations, alumni associations, comrades-in-arms associations, golfer clubs, card clubs, and other activities for the purpose of building relationships, and using "wine parties" or "dinners" to engage in small circles, collusion of interests, and asking for errands.
13. Handling weddings and funerals in violation of regulations, talking about pomp and circumstance, taking advantage of opportunities to accumulate wealth, eating and drinking, extravagance and waste, and other issues;
14. Other illegal eating and drinking problems.
