The early morning sun shines through the leaves and sprinkles in the lobby of the Chinese Medicine Hall, and a group of children dressed in traditional costumes slowly kick off the prelude to Baduanjin under the leadership of doctors and teachers. As the melodious music sounded, the children imitated the teacher's moves, sometimes bending their arms and palms, sometimes holding their heads high, although their movements were immature but full of vitality and concentration. Baduanjin not only exercises the children's physical coordination, but also allows them to experience the breadth and profundity of traditional Chinese medicine.

The children turned into little Chinese medicine practitioners, rolled dice, walked the grid, and learned the basic theories of Chinese medicine, the efficacy and usage of common Chinese herbal medicines in interesting games.
During the visit to the processing process of traditional Chinese medicine and the practical part of making sachets, professional pharmacists led the children to observe the whole process of processing finished Chinese herbal medicines up close, and to understand the influence of different processing methods on medicinal properties. Subsequently, they picked up the needle and thread, and according to the instructor's demonstration, they packed all kinds of Chinese medicinal materials into small cloth bags, and sewed sachets with a faint medicinal fragrance by hand.
