During the special governance period, law enforcement personnel will focus on meat product production enterprises, farmers' markets, fresh supermarkets, hot pot restaurants, barbecue (skewer) shops, donkey meat fire shops, etc., and strictly investigate the qualifications of producers and operators, the purchase of meat products to fulfill purchase inspection obligations, and the implementation of relevant laws and regulations for processed meat products; Focus on the procurement and use of meat products from unknown sources, without inspection and quarantine or unqualified inspection and quarantine, as well as the abuse of food additives, the illegal use of nitrite, and the operation of counterfeit cattle (sheep, donkey) meat products. Through daily inspections, complaints and reports, supervision and sampling, and network monitoring, we have always maintained a high-pressure situation on illegal and criminal acts of meat products.
