Bashu culture is an important part of Chinese civilization and one of the most influential regional cultural forms in mainland China. When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Sichuan in July last year, he pointed out that "the archaeological achievements of the Sanxingdui site are well-known in the world, showing the achievements of civilization more than 4,000 years ago, and providing more powerful archaeological evidence for the pluralism and integration of Chinese civilization and the interaction between the ancient Shu civilization and the Central Plains civilization." In recent years, Sichuan has adhered to the inheritance, protection and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture represented by the Bashu culture, protection first, inheritance first, advancing with the times, and being brave in innovation.
The protection and utilization of historical relics and cultural heritage continues to deepen. "Carefully protect the cultural heritage left by our ancestors, so that the historical context can be better passed on." Sichuan consciously undertakes the mission of inheritance and protection of historical and cultural heritage, and has issued a number of documents such as the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Reform of the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics" and the "Regulations on the Protection and Inheritance of Red Resources in Sichuan Province", focusing on key areas, investing funds to carry out the pilot work of the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage at the county level and in characteristic areas, and carrying out the construction of rural grotto cultural parks in combination with rural revitalization and innovation, so as to promote the inheritance, protection and activation of excellent traditional culture and valuable natural heritage, so that the historical and cultural heritage of important symbols of Chinese civilization can be Pass it on".
The prosperity and development of the cultural industry and the deep integration of cultural tourism have a strong momentum. Sichuan has coordinated the promotion of the innovative utilization of cultural resources and the investment planning of cultural industries, and ranks among the top in the country in the integration of culture and technology, cultural finance and 16 sub-categories of new business forms. Mount Emei-Leshan Giant Buddha, Qingcheng Mountain-Dujiangyan, Sanxingdui-Jinsha Ruins, Sansu Temple, Jianmen Pass, Cuiyun Corridor Ancient Shu Road and other precious cultural heritage resources carrying the genes and blood of the Chinese nation are popular, and have become a world-class tourism core destination rich in cultural heritage, highlighting ecological connotations and unique Bashu characteristics. The large-scale live broadcast special program of Sanxingdui archaeological excavation has been broadcast more than 20 billion times on the whole network, and the multidisciplinary joint archaeology and open cultural relics restoration have explored new experiences in Chinese archaeology. Sichuan opera "Straw Shoes County Order" won the Wenhua Grand Prize of the 17th Chinese Culture and Art Government Awards, the documentary "See Sanxingdui Again" and other works won the 16th "Five One Project" Award for Spiritual Civilization Construction, and the animated film "Nezha's Demon Boy Descends to the World", the musical "Su Dongpo" and other traditional cultural literary and artistic works have a bumper harvest at the box office...... Sichuan is making history and culture "hot" and "hot" with firm cultural self-confidence.

The international dissemination of Bashu culture and the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations have made remarkable achievements. Sichuan resolutely implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important requirements for strengthening international communication capacity-building, deepens exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and promotes the excellent traditional Chinese culture to the world. Strengthen the study of historical documents, and provide a new direction for tracing the roots of the pluralistic and integrated Chinese civilization from the inclusive, open, inclusive, and colorful cultural achievements of the Bashu system and culture. Excavate the rich connotation and multiple values of Bashu's historical relics and cultural heritage, enrich the social, historical and cultural nourishment with the excellent ideological concepts, humanistic spirit, and moral norms contained therein, and transform the rich accumulation of China's excellent traditional culture into cultural soft power, competitiveness and influence.
Do a good job in the protection of history and culture, and relay the brilliant glory of Bashu culture. Always put the protection of historical and cultural heritage in the first place, protect and manage the cultural relics that condense the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and show the splendid glory of the Bashu civilization. We will further deepen cross-disciplinary and multidisciplinary research, explore the establishment of interdisdisciplinary, cross-field, and cross-departmental collaborative innovation research, deeply explore the cultural resources contained in celebrities, famous cities, and famous classics, and decode the "Bashu gene" of Chinese civilization. Do a good job in the revitalization and utilization of historical and cultural heritage, so that the cultural relics collected in museums, the heritage displayed on the vast land, and the words written in ancient books come to life.
Do a good job in cultural inheritance and innovation, and activate the contemporary value of traditional history and culture. Adhere to the equal emphasis on integrity and innovation, protection and publicity, show the cultural essence of Bashu culture with contemporary value and world significance, tell the story of Bashu culture, and better inherit the historical context. Strengthen the construction of professional talents, carry forward the spirit of excellence and the pursuit of excellence, and strive to create a new culture belonging to our times. Focusing on the realistic soil of cultural inheritance and development, we use modern digital means to refine and convey the essence of Bashu culture, realize the empowerment of science and technology, and show the new atmosphere and new achievements of historical and cultural protection and inheritance.
Do a good job in the deep integration of culture and tourism, and constantly rejuvenate the vitality of the Bashu culture.
