Marketplace Statutes
- All transactions in the market shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
- The items traded in the market are private second-hand and idle items, and it is forbidden to sell new items in bulk. All regional transactions must be true, and the transaction agreement and after-sales service are the responsibility of the buyer and seller, and have nothing to do with the event organizer.
- Sellers are required to register online before the market opens and confirm the information when entering the market on the opening day. Those who do not register will be subject to the booth and registration situation, and the booth saturation shall prevail. It is strictly forbidden to trade dangerous goods such as food, medicines, tobacco, alcohol, flammable and explosive materials, as well as items of unknown origin.
- During the transaction, the buyer and seller need to take good care of their own property, and the event organizer shall not be responsible for any losses.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to confirm the authenticity of the currency when receiving cash.
- Buyers and sellers of the market shall conduct transactions in accordance with the principles of fairness, honesty and voluntariness, and unfair competition is strictly prohibited. If the buyer and seller have any objections to the price, quality and other issues of the goods, the two parties shall negotiate and settle the problem, and the responsibility shall be borne by the buyer and the seller, and has nothing to do with the organization of the activity.
- Obey the arrangements of the on-site staff and maintain on-site order.
- Consciously maintain on-site environmental hygiene, do not litter and commodity packaging, and put an end to uncivilized behavior.
- Minors should be accompanied by a guardian.
