"Secretary Zhou is early!" "Secretary Zhou's 'Kazhuo'!" The villagers on the village road of Guanyin Village, Guanyinqiao Town, Jinchuan County, greeted from time to time...... At this time, the first rays of sunlight in the early morning illuminated the mountain village, wisps of cooking smoke drifted on the roof, and the villagers in a hurry and the first secretary of the Provincial Construction Bank in the village, Cun Zhouge, went to the village collective greenhouse planting base to start the picking of off-season morels.
This year, Guanyin Village relied on the development fund of more than 1 million yuan allocated by the Jinchuan County Government to build nearly 9 acres of greenhouses to develop the rural collective economy. In order to retain the freshness of nature, morel mushroom picking, selection, packaging, transportation must be "fast" word first, the village cadres and villagers sweat like rain in the greenhouse, pick in the morning, go out of Jinchuan in the afternoon, deliver to Chengdu in the evening, and serve the consumer's table the next morning.
When Zhou Ge first arrived in Guanyin Village, he was determined to make use of the local natural resources and climatic conditions to explore a path of characteristic agricultural development. After in-depth research and consulting with experts, he set his sights on morel mushroom cultivation.
Growing morels is not an easy task, and every step of the process, from seed selection and cultivation to field management, needs to be carefully controlled. Zhou Ge personally organized villagers to participate in training and learn planting techniques.
In the planting process, in the face of the shortage of funds, Zhou Ge actively coordinated the resources of all parties and won the support of the county. At the same time, he also discussed with the cadres of the two village committees to continuously optimize the planting plan and improve the yield and quality of morels.
Today, the morel mushrooms in Guanyin Village have been harvested, and Zhou Ge's efforts and the local people's desire to get rich have been rewarded. "It's really a gift from nature", "It's the first time I've seen such a fresh morel...... The words of praise and satisfaction in the circle of friends are endless.
Since Zhou Ge came to Guanyin Village in July 2023 to serve as the first secretary of the village, he has adopted the method of "going out and bringing in", actively organizing and leading village cadres and leaders to carry out training and learning. As one of the industries to be supported this year, the off-season planting of "morel" mushrooms has participated in the whole process from idea to implementation, from plan finalization to technology introduction, from land transfer to greenhouse construction, from land reclamation to sowing and cultivation. The morel mushroom has come out, how to open the market? Zhou Ge rushed to find a market for morel mushrooms. After unremitting efforts, we finally opened up an online ordering channel on CCB's sales platform, "CCB Life".
With the help of the Provincial Construction Bank, more than 230 morels were sold online with a total value of more than 20,000 yuan, and the morels in the first season of Guanyin Village were quickly sold out. This is a successful step in the industrial upgrading of Guanyin Village to promote the development of the collective economy since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, which has brought great confidence and determination to the cadres of the two village committees and the villagers. Zhou Ge said.
Nowadays, morel mushroom cultivation has achieved initial results, and the small morel mushroom has become the hope of the people of Guanyin Village to get rid of poverty and become rich. In the next step, we will continue to expand the scale of planting and improve the industrial chain to benefit more villagers.
It is believed that with the help of the Provincial Construction Bank and the leadership of Zhou Ge, the people of Guanyin Village will continue to work hard, vigorously develop characteristic agricultural industries, strengthen the village collective economy, broaden the channels for getting rich, and promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
