During the inspection, law enforcement officers publicized and explained the Anti-Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China, the Wildlife Protection Law, the E-Commerce Law, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Transactions and other legal provisions to the person in charge of the platform. Online takeaway platforms are required to perform the main responsibilities of the platform, establish a sense of the role of "the first responsible person", implement management responsibilities, urge settled businesses to "shine, show certificates, and show rules", and strengthen the review of the food business premises and business scope of settled merchants; It is required to strengthen safety training for food delivery personnel, enhance their food safety awareness and responsibility, and urge merchants on the platform to use food safety seals to ensure the safety of the takeaway food delivery process; It is required to do a good job of opposing food and beverage waste, and the platform should actively promote practices such as "small portions", "small portions", and "ordering food to indicate the weight of food" to catering operators, prompting consumers to order food in an appropriate amount in a conspicuous way, guiding consumers to order food reasonably, reduce waste, and be sure to clearly mark prices and prohibit price fraud.
