On August 20, the 11.9MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Shandong Youdao Tire Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.
The total investment of the project is more than 40 million yuan, and distributed photovoltaic power generation technology is adopted.
It has a roof area of 120,000 square meters and an installed capacity of 11.96MW.
The project adopts the operation mode of "self-generation and self-consumption, surplus electricity on the grid", which provides a reliable guarantee for the power consumption of the plant.
This not only improves the operating efficiency of the factory, but also provides assistance for achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
After the project is put into operation, it is expected to generate 13,774,900 kWh of electricity in the first year, and save about 4,985.13 tons of standard coal annually;
The carbon dioxide emissions were reduced by about 13,210.13 tons, and the sulfur dioxide emissions were reduced by 886.86 tons.
In recent years, with the extension of the low-carbon concept in the tire field, more and more tire factories have launched photovoltaic power generation projects.
At present, Chaoyang Langma, Shuangqian Tire, Jintian Tire and other enterprises have related projects under construction.
Completed projects such as Zhengxin Rubber and Kumho Tire have set a model for green tire factories.
