Drying in the production area is the "last mile" of grain production, and it is an important link and key measure to ensure the quality of grain, reduce the post-disaster loss of grain, and ensure that the grain harvest is in hand and the harvest is abundant.

It is understood that up to now, the city has built 448 grain drying centers, with 1,070 dryers, batch processing capacity of 45,934 tons, although compared with the previous two years has been greatly improved, but from the overall capacity layout and future development trends, the drying capacity construction is not sufficient, the problem of imbalance is still very prominent.

Through this activity, the city's agricultural machinery department was further stimulated to actively explore the three-level grain production area drying system based on the large-scale drying center, the medium-sized drying point as the connection, and the mobile dryer as the supplement, so as to meet the drying needs of different crops in different regions and improve the emergency disaster resistance of grain production.
